If you are over 40, taking care of yourself, and still fighting stubborn weight, low energy, and broken sleep, this video explains what to do next.

  • Stubborn belly fat that will not move, no matter how clean you eat.
  • Exhausted by 5 PM, awake at 2 AM, foggy and forgetting things.
  • Told your labs were “normal” when you do not feel normal.
HOW THIS WORKS

How Range approaches hormones and weight

Everything starts with labs. We do not guess, and we do not prescribe blindly. We match how you feel against what your blood work shows, instead of glancing at a basic panel for five minutes and calling it normal. The goal is not to sit inside a reference range. It is to get your hormones and metabolism to a place where your body responds again.

1

Watch the short video

Understand why a 15-minute appointment and a “normal” result never gave you a clear answer.

2

Book your labs, or a complimentary call

If you are ready, schedule a hormone and weight-focused panel. If you still have questions, talk with a Range team member first.

3

Review your results with a provider

After your draw you get a dedicated visit with a provider to connect your numbers to how you actually feel, and map out what comes next. Any visit fees and treatment options are explained by your provider once your results are back, not on this page.

CHOOSE YOUR PANEL

Hormone and weight-focused lab work

Every new hormone and weight patient starts with labs. Both panels are drawn in-clinic, and the Essential Panel qualifies you for every treatment option we offer.

Essential Panel
$350
Right for most people
  • Full thyroid panel, including Free T3, Free T4, and TPO antibodies
  • Fasting insulin and HbA1c
  • Vitamin D
  • Complete sex hormone panel, including free and total testosterone
  • Metabolic panel, lipid panel, and CBC

Qualifies you for every hormone and medically supervised weight option at Range.

Elite Panel
$750
A deeper look
  • Everything in the Essential Panel
  • Advanced heart markers, including ApoB and Lp(a)
  • Inflammation markers, including hs-CRP and homocysteine
  • Cortisol, DHEA-S, and ferritin
  • Full vitamin and mineral picture, including B12, folate, and magnesium

Worth considering if you have a strong family history, or if it has been years since you had real lab work.

Not sure which one? Most people are fine starting with the Essential Panel, and our team will tell you if you are one of the people who should not.

A panel is a one-time purchase, not a membership. There is no annual membership and no cancellation fee.

Booking from this page draws your blood at our Newport Beach clinic, 1901 Westcliff Dr, Suite 10. You will pick your date and time on the next screen. Hormone panels are drawn in the morning, so those are the times you will see.

Not near either clinic? We work with patients across California. We can arrange your draw at a partner lab near you, depending on where you live and state licensing, and handle your visits by telemedicine.

STILL HAVE QUESTIONS

Talk with a Range team member first

If you are not sure Range is the right fit, or you want to talk through lab work you already have before paying for more, book a complimentary 20-minute phone call. We keep a card on file to hold the slot. The call itself is complimentary. The only time the card is charged is a $49 fee if you do not show up, or cancel with less than three hours notice.

  • A real conversation about your energy, sleep, weight, and how you have been feeling.
  • Help deciding between the Essential and Elite Panels, or whether to wait.
  • Guidance on how to use recent lab work you already have.

20 minutes, by phone, no charge for the call.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you book

Range is a cash-pay clinic. Many patients use an HSA or FSA card. We can provide a superbill you are welcome to submit on your own, though reimbursement is never guaranteed.

No. There is no annual membership and no cancellation fee. A lab panel is a one-time purchase, and booking it does not sign you up for anything ongoing. If you and your provider start a plan later and you decide to stop, you schedule a safe off-ramp with your provider.

Often, yes, if it was drawn recently and included the right markers. The easiest next step is a complimentary 20-minute call. Send over what you have, and we will tell you honestly whether you still need a panel or not.

Range serves Orange County, California, with clinics in Newport Beach and San Clemente, and both draw blood. Booking from this page schedules your draw in Newport Beach. If San Clemente is easier for you, start from the San Clemente page instead.

Go to the San Clemente page

We can still work with you anywhere in California. If neither clinic is practical, we arrange your draw at a partner lab near you, depending on where you live and state licensing, and your visits happen by telemedicine. The starting point is the same either way: labs first, then a provider reviews them with you. Book a complimentary call and we will sort out the logistics before you pay for anything.

Once your draw is booked we text you the full prep instructions three days ahead and again the day before, so the steps arrive when they are actually useful. The short version:

  • Hormone labs are drawn in the morning, so those are the times you will see.
  • Fast 10 to 12 hours beforehand. Water is encouraged, and black coffee or tea is fine with nothing added.
  • Women who still cycle usually draw on Day 3 of their period.

Range Medical provides medical care on an individual basis. Nothing here is a diagnosis or a promise of a particular result, and any plan depends on your labs, your history, and your provider's judgment.
