Your journey
You feel tired, foggy, heavier or slower than you should, and nobody has told you why. Maybe your last blood work came back “normal” and you still do not feel normal. Over the next two weeks, we do three things:

One short morning visit at the clinic. Fast 10 to 12 hours before; water is fine. We text you the prep ahead of time.

Our goal
By the end of your review, you know what your blood says about how you feel, and you have a written plan you can follow here or take to your own doctor.
Sometimes the answer is that your labs look good and the cause is somewhere else. That is worth knowing too, and we will tell you.
Phase 2 and 3 · only if you choose
You only buy the first phase today. The rest happens only if you and your provider decide on a plan together.

Start the plan, then adjust it
We usually see the best results over about three months, so that is the window we plan around. Month one, we get you on the plan. Month two, your body responds. Month three, we can see the whole picture.

Every 3 months
Recheck, and change the plan when the numbers do
Follow-up blood work every three months, included in every program. Starting hormones, the first recheck comes sooner, at 8 weeks. Three days before every monthly charge we text and email you the date, the amount and what it covers.

- You are tired, foggy, gaining weight or recovering slowly, and sleep, diet and exercise have not fixed it.
- Your last blood work was "normal" and you still do not feel like yourself.
- You want numbers, not guesses, and a person who explains them.
- You will follow a plan and recheck when your provider says to.
This is not for you if
- You want a prescription without blood work.
- You already have labs from the last 30 days. Book the complimentary call first; they may be all we need.
- You need insurance to pay for it. We are a cash-pay clinic.

Both panels include your blood draw, a one-to-one provider review of every marker, and a written plan. Most people begin with Essential. If your results say we should look deeper, you add markers then; you never start over.

What you are risking
- One payment, nothing recurring. Buying a panel signs you up for nothing.
- No treatment is a real answer. If your provider does not think you need it, they will say so.
- The plan is yours. Take it to your own doctor; nobody here will be offended.
- Every price is in front of you before you decide, never on a bill afterward.
- Recent labs? Do not buy a panel. Book the complimentary call and we will tell you whether they work.
So the only thing you are committing to is finding out.
