Program Name: Range Medical Patient Communications

Program Description: By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from Range Medical related to appointment reminders, lab result notifications, treatment follow-ups, health information relevant to your care, and responses to your inquiries.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your care needs, up to 10 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Range Medical is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages from Range Medical by:

How to Opt Out
