No. You can book directly, and you do not need a referral or pre-authorization from another provider. Most people start with the complimentary Range Optimization Call.

A provider goes through your history and your goals, and if labs are part of your path, your results line by line rather than as a printout you take home to decode. You leave with a written plan and a clear next step.
That is one of the most common reasons people come to us. A result inside a reference range is not the same as a result that is right for you, and a standard panel often does not measure the things that explain how you feel. We start by looking more comprehensively and then talking through what we find.
Any recent lab work you have, a list of medications and supplements you take, and the questions you actually want answered. If you do not have recent labs, that is fine, we will talk about whether they make sense for you.
Newport Beach is the medical clinic: hormones, weight, energy, lab work, IV therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen. San Clemente adds physical therapy and sports medicine in the same building as the medical side. Both are Range, and your records follow you between them.
