Two ways in. Pick the one that sounds like you.
What you are dealing with decides where you start. Everything after that looks the same: find the real problem, build a plan around it, and stay with it until things move.
Start with the short video. It covers why a “normal” lab panel never explained how you feel, what we actually test, what it costs, and what happens after your draw. From there you can book your labs, or talk to our team first.
Everything you would get on a 20-minute call, in 10.
This path does not start with labs. It starts with a focused recovery visit where a provider examines you, works out what is actually going on, and builds a plan around it.
No lab work required up front.
However you start, this is the shape of it
We find the actual problem
Real testing or a real exam, not a five-minute glance at a basic panel. We match what we find against how you actually feel.
You get a plan you can follow
A provider walks you through what your results mean in plain language and what to do about it. Any fees for treatment are explained before you start, never after.
We stay with it
We re-check, adjust, and keep going until things actually move. If you want to stop, you schedule a safe off-ramp with your provider.
Why we are cash-pay
Insurance decides how long a visit lasts and which tests are worth running. We would rather those decisions came from your provider.
More time with you
Longer visits, because we are not billing in ten-minute increments.
Transparent pricing
You see what things cost before you commit to any of it.
Better options
Access to treatments insurance usually will not cover.
HSA and FSA accepted
Same card, same process as any other payment.
Before you start
No. Range is cash-pay. Many patients use an HSA or FSA card, and we can provide a superbill you are welcome to submit on your own, though reimbursement is never guaranteed.
Nothing. Both doors start with a conversation — a complimentary 20-minute call for energy, hormones and weight, or a recovery visit for pain and injury. You will know what anything costs before you are asked to pay for it.
No. There is no annual membership and no cancellation fee. If you and your provider start a plan and you decide to stop, you schedule a safe off-ramp with them.
Newport Beach and San Clemente, California. If neither is practical, we can often arrange your lab draw at a partner lab near you and handle visits by telemedicine, depending on where you live and state licensing.
Not sure which one you are?
Most people who are tired, foggy, or fighting their weight start with the video. If something hurts, start with the recovery path.
