THE BASICS

What are peptides?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the building blocks of proteins. They act as natural signals in your body, telling your cells what to do and when to do it.

Unlike many medicines that force change, peptides support your body's own processes. The 2X Blend helps your body release more of its own growth hormone — the hormone that keeps you lean, helps you recover fast, and keeps energy steady. Your body makes less of it as you age; this blend turns the signal back up.

YOUR BLEND

What each peptide does

Two peptides in a single injection, working through two different pathways.

Tesamorelin

The Main Signal

The main signal — a GHRH analog that tells your pituitary to release more of your own growth hormone.

  • Helps reduce visceral belly fat
  • Supports lean muscle retention
  • The most-studied GHRH peptide

Ipamorelin

The Clean Boost

The clean boost — amplifies the growth hormone signal through a second pathway, gentle and selective.

  • Clean growth hormone pulse
  • No cortisol or hunger spikes
  • Well-tolerated by most people

Why Together?

Two different pathways, one stronger and more sustained growth hormone pulse — better results at lower individual doses than either peptide alone.

YOUR PROTOCOL

1 mg daily — 5 days on, 2 days off

One small subcutaneous injection a day, five days a week. Most patients inject Monday through Friday and rest on weekends — any 5-on / 2-off pattern works.

1

Dose

1 mg per injection, once daily. Your provider will let you know if your dose ever changes — don't adjust it on your own.

2

Timing

Inject 1 hour before dinner, or at least 1 hour after dinner before bed. Growth hormone releases best on an empty stomach.

3

Schedule

5 days on, 2 days off. The two rest days keep your body responsive so the growth hormone signal stays strong week after week.

4

Route

Subcutaneous — just under the skin into a fatty area: abdomen, thigh, or upper arm. Rotate sites to prevent irritation.

Pro Tips

Keep your blend refrigerated. Set a daily phone reminder — same time every evening keeps levels stable, and consistency is what compounds.

INSTRUCTIONS

How to use your injections

We did your first injection together at the clinic. Here's how to stay on track at home.

1

Prep

Wash your hands. Clean the injection site with an alcohol pad. Take the syringe out of the fridge a few minutes early to let it reach room temperature.

2

Inject

Inject just under the skin (subcutaneous) into a fatty area — lower abdomen, upper thigh, or back of the arm. Pinch the skin, insert at a 45° angle, inject slowly.

3

Rotate Sites

Don't inject in the same spot every day. Rotate between your abdomen, thighs, and arms to prevent irritation and ensure consistent absorption.

4

Dispose Safely

Each syringe is single-use — do not reuse or recap. Dispose in a sharps container or bring used syringes back to the clinic.

MAXIMIZE RESULTS

Get the most out of your protocol

The peptides turn up the signal — these three habits turn that signal into results.

01 — Time It Right

Growth hormone releases best on an empty stomach — dose 1 hour before or after dinner, every time.

02 — Prioritize Protein

Build every meal around quality protein — the building blocks that become lean muscle.

03 — Lift 3× a Week

Resistance training 3× a week turns this protocol into lean muscle and faster recovery.
